Following a proposed legislation filed by the Trump administration to end a program that protects young immigrants in California from deportation, a contrary decision has been agreed upon that will provide public safety to all immigrants including Africans that live in California.
This decision is an agreement between the California Gov. Jerry Brown and the state Senate leader Pro Tem Kevin de Leon.
Both parties have agreed to balance all laws in favor of the people and immigrants.
“This bill protects public safety and people who come to California to work hard and make this state a better place,” Brown said in a statement.
