Zimbabwe talks with World Bank, IMF Over clearing IFI Debt

Zimbabwe is talking with the World Bank and International Monetary Fund on how to clear its debts with International Financial Institutions (IFI). The finance minister of Zimbabwe, Mthuli Ncube said.
