IIM Announces Alliance with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP)
Lagos, Nigeria, May, 22 2014 – As part of the Institute of Information Management (IIM) commitments towards ensuring global best practices, sharing lessons learned, and networking with other similar international organizations, the Institute recently announced a professional alliance with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), USA.
The alliance is expected to provide members of the Institute of Information Management (IIM) and other professionals high standard and internationally-recognized learning, education and certification (Certified Information Privacy Professional – CIPP and Certified Information Privacy Manager – CIPM).
IAPP certification is the global standard for privacy and data protection professionals.
