London, July 18, 2019: In response to the growing call for sustained partnership between African and European Businesses, African Leadership is organizing the Invest in Africa Summit on the 19th September 2019. The event, which will hold as an enlarged version of the Africa Summit, initially scheduled to hold in July, is billed to take place at the prestigious Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane, Mayfair London, the United Kingdom from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
With a key focus on the African business climate, the Invest in Africa Summit is themed “Intra-African Trade: Beyond Rhetoric and Political Commitments”, with a corollary sub-theme “Impact of Intra-Africa Trade on regional economic development and social progress – (Impact on GDP and HDI.)The event features a one-day high-level platform for stakeholders in the African business ecosystem to interact, network, and brainstorm on ways to deepen the economic growth story of the continent, as well as drive investments into African countries.
The event will also feature strategic discussions led by diplomats, captains of industries, leading policymakers on the African continent and heads of government.
Consequent upon the concerns by the stakeholders and event participants, the organizers took a broad-range approach to accommodate the continent-wide participants for effective participation.
