BMCE Bank of Africa received, Thursday in Johannesburg, the certification Top Employer 2018 by Top Employers Institute, a global organization dedicated to enriching the world of work, and connecting Top Employers throughout the world.
During a ceremony held in Johannesburg, the Moroccan bank was elected as a Top Employer 2019 for the second year in a row as it dedicates itself to providing the very best working environment for employees through its progressive “people-first” HR practices, the bank said in a release.
As an independent HR certification company, the Top Employers Institute assesses participants through their global HR Best Practices Survey. In order to be certified, organisations must successfully achieve the required minimum standard as set out by the Top Employers Institute.
