Lola Olukuewu, the founder and CEO of TOPAS HUB, a tech and co-working space in Lagos, Nigeria, has been awarded the prestigious African Leadership Commendation Award on Entrepreneurship and Real Estate at the 14th African Business Leadership Awards (ABLA) 2024. The award, a flagship annual recognition by the African Leadership Magazine, acknowledges exceptional achievements and contributions in the business sector across Africa.
Lola Olukuewu is a serial entrepreneur, with over 20 years of experience in real estate design and construction, administration, corporate events, and business management. She is currently the CEO of five thriving businesses in Nigeria, three of which started operations during the pandemic-challenged years. Her career is marked by significant contributions to the real estate and construction sector.
In a poll conducted by the African Leadership Magazine for the African Business Leadership Awards 2024, Lola Olukuewu emerged as the winner of the African Leadership Commendation Award on Entrepreneurship and Real Estate. Her leadership and dedication to real estate and business management have significantly impacted Nigeria’s construction supply chain, supporting entrepreneurship and more.

The award ceremony was a major highlight of the ALM Africa Summit London 2024, a platform for high-level networking, collaboration, and forming strategic partnerships to address challenges and drive change in Africa.
