The Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Global Properties, Mr Frazer, has expressed optimism to get more footprint within Africa and beyond, after successfully penetrating Gambia, Senegal and Ghana in 14 years of their operations.
Speaking with the African Leadership Magazine in an exclusive interview, Frazer revealed that partnering with African Leadership Group is a big push for them. They can penetrate more countries in Africa and beyond.
“We’ve been in business for the last 14 years, and so far, we’ve penetrated Gambia, Senegal and Ghana. We see it as a stepping block, and we are looking forward to getting more footprints within the Africa region and beyond. We could not have been more ready now, with African Leadership Group as our partners; the sky is the limit. It is like having a giant big brother holding our hands and taking us across the borders, we are excited” he explained.
Frazer expressed that the fundamental strength of Global Housing is to make housing, accommodation and properties accessible to all, a very strategic plan for Global Properties.
“The key strength of Global Housing is to be able to provide Properties for as many possible, making it accessible. We aim to provide accommodation across board. So, if you want luxury high end, we have it; if you are looking for medium or a low end, we have the solution as well” he said.
Frazer intimated that wherever they developed properties, traces of positive energy and impact are left. He is passionate about youth entrepreneurship programs and spends pleasure time supporting through various means, including assistance and mentoring, thus creating social impact.
“Wherever we go to develop our estates, we make sure we live impact positively in the communities. We have been committed to training 200 students (both males and females), we trained female bricklayers, electricians, and plumbers. So, it’s a trend we will continue with because we want to leave a positive impact and give youth as many opportunities as possible” he said.
Global Properties came into existence in August 2007. It has the vision to provide every Gambian with the opportunity to own a piece of land in Gambia or at least a piece of property.
It has extensions of the brand in Senegal and Ghana, with offices in London, United Kingdom and Maryland US.
