· Africa’s first bobsled team feature in Beats by Dr Dre video campaign.
· The Nigerian women team to participate at the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics scheduled for February 9th.
The video was part of the latest release in the “Above the Noise” campaign series which aims to recognize talents that have go to great lengths to fight against all odds and achieve success.
Nigerian team members; Akuoma Omeoga, Ngozi Onwumere and Seun Adigun were recorded during their training session while an inspirational speech played in the background. The speech centered on the need for determination and drive in order to succeed in every endeavor.
The team will participate in the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea and represent Nigeria in the bobsled event. The events would be held when temperature reaches between -0 and -10 degree Celsius.
