New York, USA –  Amira Youssef, Vice President of Product at SocialPost, made a significant contribution as a panellist at the Global Power Women Conference (GPWC) 2024 in New York. The event took place on 25th September 2024 at the Graduate Centre, City University of New York (CUNY), under the theme “Advancing the Transformative Power of Technology through Women’s Lens: Shaping the Future of Business and Governance.” Organised by the Centre for Economic and Leadership Development (CELD) in collaboration with Amazons Watch Magazine (AWM), the event brought together influential women leaders from around the globe to celebrate their achievements, share insights, and discuss the pivotal role of women in shaping the future of business and governance through technology.

 

Championing Technology for Economic and Political Empowerment

During a high-level panel on “Leveraging Technology for Economic & Political Empowerment and Influence,” Youssef shared her insights into how technology can be a powerful tool for women’s empowerment. She highlighted the critical role of innovative solutions in bridging gaps and creating equal opportunities for women in leadership.

Drawing on her role at SocialPost, Youssef emphasised how technology can enhance communication, foster engagement, and enable women to influence key decision-making processes within their communities.
