Research has shown that a country can only be as good as its public services sector, hence the need for constant interactions and shared experiences on global best practices. Future focused public sector leaders have realized the need to reevaluate the type and purpose of public services currently being provided and delivered, as well as how services are delivered.
To this end African Leadership Magazine is organizing the Africa Public Service forum as an avenue for continuing discussion on the role of the public services sector to the continent’s quest to become a continental economic power block in the global stage.
This forum is designed to bring together, business, political, diplomatic leaders, and other Major Groups, associations and Think-Tank on US Arica Relations.
The forum will be climaxed by the Public Service Awards where distinguished public servants will be honored for their individual and collective contributions to the public service reform in Africa.
Date: 18 April, 2015
Venue: Mandarin Oriental Hotel, WASHINGTON DC
