Mozambique: Experts Predict 3-days of Severe Weather

The National Meteorology Institute (INAM) has in a statement warned that a state of intense heat is set to knock the central and southern regions of Mozambique this week, and will last for more than three days.

With temperatures ranging between 35 and 44 degrees Celsius, the heat will create conditions for thunderstorms, showers and strong winds.

According to meteorologist Lelo Tayob, the phenomenon is influenced by hot air masses.
