The Outstanding Media Agents for Change Award is designed to recognize and celebrate the impact of prominent media moguls in Nigeria who have made a positive impact using their skills and platforms. We are therefore calling on the Nigerian public to nominate media experts who have played key roles in educating & entertaining their audience and have transformed the media sector using new media as an essential tool for social change, which is key in the development of the Nigerian economy.
These awards, which come with a prize, places value on characteristics that are often undervalued in developing nations such as ours.
A shortlist of nominees will be selected from the results gathered via a call for nomination, for a second round of vetting by our editorial board. A prize shall be presented to the winner along with an award certificate. The Outstanding Media Agents for Change prize shall be bestowed during the Nigeria Democracy and Development Forum on the 3rd February 2019 at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja at 6.00 pm. All Final Nominees shall be invited to attend the ceremony.
Criteria for Selection
Must be a Nigerian Citizen and resident, making significant contributions to the media industry.
Nomination Process

Hard copy letters/submissions can be made to our Abuja office at 13 Mambilla Street, Off Aso Drive, FCT Abuja, Nigeria.
All nominations should be supported with documents, links, photos, videos, etc
Nominations will be reviewed by the selection committee and the Editors of the magazine. A shortlist of nominees will be unveiled after an assessment and verification of claims/submissions.
Nominations close on Monday, January 21st, 2019, at midnight Nigerian time.
